Would you like to see your artwork make the cover of this year’s yearbook?
Students of all grades are invited to create a unique and original cover design for our 2022-2023 yearbook. The winning design, selected by votes of the McAuliffe student body, will be featured on the front cover of the yearbook. All submitted entries will be featured inside the yearbook.
The theme this year is: “What Do You Do With a Chance?”
All entries must meet the following criteria:
Tips for a good entry:
Cover entries are due by Friday November 10th. Students can hand in their entries to their teacher. No late entries will be accepted.
Voting will take place the week of November 14th and the winner will be announced on November 22nd.
Any questions or concerns can be directed to Julia Dos Remedios at yearbook@mcauliffeptsa.org
- Create your design using this entry form
- Use a vertical orientation.
- The design must be hand drawn by the student and must be an original design (no characters from movies, books, TV shows; no re-drawings of illustrations from the book What Do You Do With a Chance?).
- ABSOLUTELY NO WORDS in the artwork. This includes the words “McAuliffe”, “Challengers” and your name. This year we will have to disqualify any artwork that has words included in the design.
- Your name, grade and teacher should be written on an additional separate sheet attached with a paperclip (no staples) to your entry form.
Tips for a good entry:
- Add color -- paint, crayons, coloring pencils, markers etc. The brighter the better!!
- The design should reflect the theme of “What Do You Do With a Chance?” and represent the McAuliffe spirit
- Use the entire area for your design (but stay inside the bold line).
- Be creative and have fun!!
