Congratulations to Tiana Yan from Miss Connole's class on winning this year's Yearbook Cover Contest! We are excited to feature your amazing artwork on the cover!
Would you like to see your artwork make the cover of this year’s yearbook?
Students of all grades are invited to create a unique and original cover design for our 2024-2025 yearbook. The winning design, selected by votes of the McAuliffe student body, will be featured on the front cover of the yearbook. All submitted entries will be featured inside the yearbook.
The theme this year is: “A Kaleidoscope of Memories!”
All entries must meet the following criteria:
Tips for a good entry:
Cover entries are due by Monday December 2nd. Students can hand in their entries to their teacher. No late entries will be accepted.
Voting will take place the December 9th - December 13th. The winner will be announced on December 16th.
Any questions or concerns can be directed to Jie Fang at [email protected]
- The design must be hand drawn by the student and must be an original design (no characters from movies, books, TV shows; no re-drawings of illustrations from any book about the theme).
- ABSOLUTELY NO WORDS in the artwork. This includes the words “McAuliffe”, “Challengers” and your name. This year we will have to disqualify any artwork that has words included in the design.
- Your name, grade and teacher should be written on the back of your entry in pencil.
Tips for a good entry:
- Use portrait style (vertical) 8.5” x 11” computer paper.
- Use bold and bright colors! Markers, crayons, and paint work best.
- All work must be ¼ inch away from the border/edge.
- Only one submission per student. Turn in your best work!
