In October 2013, a parking spot along the front drive of the school was designated for the PTSA's Volunteers of the Month.  We have so many awesome volunteers, we had to change it to Volunteer of the Week! All volunteers have a chance to enjoy this premium, reserved space right in front of the school. Here is how:

Any time you come to the school as a parent volunteer for the PTSA, be sure that when you sign in, you also put a check mark in the PTSA column (the third/last column on the sign-in sheet.) These names are collected each month and put into a random drawing for this parking spot.  Mr. Howden (or, in his absence, one of our teacher representatives) draws two names at our monthly PTSA Board meeting.  Volunteers whose names are drawn will be notified by the President or EVP and given a car magnet to use during your parking duration (and to keep afterwards if you wish!).  So whether you get involved “a little” or “A LOT” with the PTSA, we simply appreciate everyone who helps us carry out what we set out to do each year.

Chairing an event for our school? You get to enjoy the Volunteer of the Week parking spot during your event as well!
