The McAuliffe PTSA publishes a student directory that is distributed only to McAuliffe PTSA members. Please complete this form to indicate your preference for information provided in the directory. The McAuliffe PTSA does not share, rent or sell any portion of this information.

NOTE: Each family must complete a form for the current year. One entry for each of your students. Input must be received by FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4TH; otherwise, your child’s information will be published in the directory using the information on file with the school office.
