Atleast one parent chaperone is required per program as per LWSD. All parent volunteers must be pre-approved by LWSD. Please contact Chris Robison ([email protected]) if you have any questions about your approval status.

Pick-Up Procedures
Student Pick‑Up & Dismissal Procedures
To ensure student safety, McAuliffe PTSA follows strict dismissal protocols for all enrichment programs:
Parent Coordinator Oversight Each class requires one LWSD‑approved Parent Coordinator who assists with check‑in, supervision, and dismissal. This volunteer works alongside the instructor to ensure students are released safely.
Authorized Pick‑Up Only Students will only be released to individuals listed on the authorized pick‑up list. The Parent Coordinator will visually verify guardian identification or follow written release permissions. Instructors will co‑verify each dismissal to ensure accuracy and safety.
Incident & Emergency Reporting Any injury, behavioral concern, or emergency must be reported immediately to the PTSA Parent Coordinator and school administration.
Privacy & Media Protection Photos or videos of students may not be posted online, shared on social media, or used in printed materials without prior written approval from McAuliffe PTSA.
Student Data Protection Registration lists and student information are confidential and may not be used for marketing or promotional purposes. All student data must be deleted from vendor possession within 30 days after the program ends.

- Vendor‑Initiated Cancellation If a vendor cancels any class or an entire program for any reason, families will receive a full or pro‑rated refund for any undelivered classes. Refunds are issued directly by the vendor to the registered families.
- School or District Closure Classes may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or emergency closures of McAuliffe Elementary. In these cases, families will receive a full or pro‑rated refund for affected sessions, issued directly by the vendor.
