Matching Gifts
Many of our local companies have corporate matching programs for your PTSA tax deductible contributions. This is a very easy way for you to support our efforts at McAuliffe. Each matching program is unique and has specific requirements such as minimum donation levels. Forms are also specific to individual companies. Please check your on-line HR resouces (such as microsoftgives) for specific forms. There many also be time requirements regarding how promptly your form needs to be submitted. It helps us most if you can submit the matching form at the time of the donation.
The McAuliffe PTSA is more than happy to help you with the necessary information for processing your matching request. To do this, we first need your completed form.
MICROSOFT EMPLOYEES
Please submit your matching request using this form Microsoft Matching Form or the on-line Microsoft matching request (http://give). You will find McAuliffe PTSA already listed as group with the necessary contact and mailing information (please note that it is the PTSA not just the elementary). We would be most grateful if you would let the PTSA know that you have already completed the on-line donation matching request. Please send a copy of your form with your donation or send an email to fundraising@mcauliffeptsa.org.
We are also fortunate to benefit from the volunteer time given by Microsoft employees. Once your time volunteering is 15 hours or more hours (per calendar year), you can request that Microsoft make a matching donation for the time that you have given to our PTSA activities.
