Key Dates and Rehearsal Times

Key Dates

• 2/1: Registration forms available online and in the file folders outside the school office.
• 2/17: Registration forms due. Send into the McAuliffe office.
• 2/22, 7:00 p.m.: Mandatory parent meeting in the McAuliffe library.
• 3/8-9, 3:30-6:00 p.m.: Auditions in music room- each child will have a one hour time slot.
• 3/10/ 2:00-4:30: Call Backs -entire cast needs to be in attendance
• 3/11: 3:30-6:00 p.m. First Read through. Entire cast needs to be in attendance.
• 3/15-4/22: Rehearsals

Please note that March 15th and 16th are half days so rehearsal will be from 12-2:30 p.m.-thanks!

Rehearsal Times

• Monday,Tuesday, Thursday 3:30-6:00 p.m.
• Wednesday 2:00-4:30 p.m.

Performances

• April 23, 24, 2010 7:00 p.m. at McAuliffe

Students will not be required to attend all rehearsals. It will depend on their role in the play and their conflict calendar.

Directors try not to call kids on days when they have conflicts.

The final week of rehearsals April 19-22 from 3:30-6:30 p.m. and 2:00-5:00 p.m. on Wednesday are mandatory. You must cancel all other activities during that final week.

 A schedule will be provided for each child once auditions and casting have been completed. No rehearsals during Spring Break.
