A hard copy is also posted in the foyer of the school. · Flyers – In order to save time, money and paper all flyers & leaflets are organized in a kiosk near the school office. A list of these flyers/leaflets available is posted in the Monthly Update, the Principal’s monthly newsletter. McAuliffe families can collect whatever is relevant to them. · Event Communication – PTSA events are posted in the Weekly Star Gazer, on the PTSA website, on ParentOrganizer.com and, when necessary, extra notices are sent in the Friday Payload packets. · Monthly Update – The PTSA uses the ‘back page’ of the Principal’s monthly newsletter for articles of interest. · ParentOrganizer.com website - Information about school and PTSA events & announcements are distributed daily and/or weekly to registered families via email notifications. For help with registration, click on ParentOrganizer.com Set-up Help. · Bulletin Board – Located in the school foyer by the front office, this notice board is decorated each month and available for the PTSA to post notices about upcoming events and activities. · Reader Board – The notice board located near the driveway entrance to the school posts selected messages. · PTSA Website – Available via a link on the McAuliffe website or by using the address www.mcauliffePTSA.org
